Designed to help users manage stress and maintain emotional balance. It offers real-time stress detection with Crisis Shield, supportive shared spaces called Rooms for meditation, breathing, affirmations, or relaxing music, and contextual emotion analysis that tracks daily mood patterns and lifestyle responses. The app guides users to start and end their day calmly, feel truly heard, and build sustainable self-care routines.
